Pet Policy
Two pets are allowed per apartment.
Monthly pet rent is $50 per month per dog, and $35 per month per cat.
A refundable deposit of $350 per pet is required upon move-in.
The following dog breeds are considered restricted at Allen Bay: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf Hybrids.
Breed restrictions do not apply to service animals or emotional support animals.
